The Patient Care Consultant works closely with both the Surgeon and Practice Manager with the upmost care and understanding when assessing the patient's needs and or concerns. Recognizes the importance of solid interpersonal communication skills, and sales aspects, while being conscious concerning the sensitive nature of the individual and or situation. --Ability to manage time wisely and is responsible/respectful concerning consultation schedule --Concedes the importance in establishing strong rapport and trust with each consultation conducted, while delivering excellent patient experience --Conducts effective and informative patient consultations in order to determine goals and set realistic expectations --Correctly understands and assesses the patient needs, medical history, and other eligibility requirements during consultation --Works in conjunction with Surgeon to determine best patient results and satisfaction --Maintains consistent follow-up skills on consultations performed, to include identifying unique ways of communicating --Collaborates with Practice Manager to develop and deliver strategic sales tactics.
