Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, economics, finance or a related field
  • 5 years of financial services experience within the FinTech industry
  • 5 years of experience leveraging large, complex datasets
  • Understanding of consumer credit risk trends
  • Advanced experience using SQL, Python, R and BI reporting or other querying languages to create and analyze data sets in a business setting

  • 3 years of experience in partnership and business development
Job Summary

As a Senior Growth Analyst, you'll drive the lending product's partner channel strategy, optimizing lead quality and affiliate performance. You'll leverage data insights to craft compelling offers and innovate through continual testing. You'll manage partnerships with decline partners to drive growth. You'll present findings, participate in marketplace tests and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Build and launch prescreen models on affiliate's platform
  • Optimize filters on affiliate marketplaces to control the quality of leads
  • Monitor the performance of each of the affiliates and propose ways to grow those channels
  • Collaborate with decline partners and develop partnership strategies targeted to grow TAM, improve conversion, and reduce overall costs
  • Build competitive insights and generate market benchmarks leveraging data shared by affiliates
  • Partner closely with credit and pricing teams to generate the most compelling offers for the affiliate channels
  • Continue to innovate by testing new data, analytics approaches and models
  • Conduct ad-hoc and ongoing analysis on internal and external datasets to generate insights and make recommendations
  • Present findings and recommendations to the key stakeholders in the organization
  • Participate in limited time tests conducted by affiliate marketplaces to drive growth
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure strategies and policies comply with all the regulatory requirements
