Hawthorne Recruitment is on the search for an onsite Human Resources Business Partner on behalf of NOVONIX. This essential position will directly report to the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and will play a crucial role at their two facilities in Chattanooga, TN. As part of their dedicated HR team, the HRBP will provide strategic advice to leadership and comprehensive support to their employees, contributing significantly to culture and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will bring 7 or more years of experience with a robust background in human resources, exhibiting expertise across a range of disciplines including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Experience in high-growth environments, a keen sense of detail, and exceptional relationship-building skills are imperative.
