**Delivery Driver Janesville, WI**

* Up to $1,000 Sign On Bonus

* Annual Bonus of $2,400

**Minimum Requirements**

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers

* Ability to learn, and effectively use, various business systems

* Valid WI Drivers License

* Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

* Load and drive truck to deliver product to customers home or place of business.

* Relay customers instructions to appropriate personnel.

* Listen to and report service complaints.

* Provide services such as picking up returns, spool bounty, rentals, and pallets.

* May assist in warehouse with duties including but not limited to picking, packing, receiving, cutting wire, put away, and general clean up.

* Place stock on shelves or racks internally and/or externally.

* Clean inside and outside of truck.

* Coordinate routine maintenance on truck.

* Maintain current/valid drivers license.

* May require special certifications or licenses, depending on size of truck.

* Other related duties as assigned.

* Compare customer returns sales order against physical material returned to confirm item, quantity and quality.

* Report discrepancies back to Returns Specialist. Await further disposition and/or do follow-up per work instructions.

* Process vendor return purchase orders to pick product from RGA area to be returned to vendor or scrapped. Package material and put appropriate shipping labels on packages.

* Physically scrap material as per Return Specialist or Inventory departments request.

* Report out GSS/Repair related pending orders in RGA area on a monthly basis.

* Must have knowledge of Quality Standards and safety measures.

* May be responsible for cycle count.
