* Open the restaurant on time and rush ready. * Execute a pattern of management to assess the restaurant, efficiently run shifts, coach employees, and ensure customer satisfaction. * Execute post rush activities to prepare restaurant for next shift. * Execute pre-close and closing activities. * Manage and maintain register operator cash control. * Ensure all restaurant cleanliness standards are met. * Utilize food management systems to achieve food cost goals and ensure product quality. * Maintain restaurant labor to goal on all shifts. * Execute all safety and security policies and procedures. * Adhere to all food safety guidelines.

What we expect from you
