Manage selection, orientation, training, development, and performance evaluation of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy financial counselors, and pharmacy interns. Work in close cooperation with other departmental managers. Demonstrate, by actions and decisions, a dedication to continuous quality improvement while contributing to a successful and productive team environment. Actively participate in the departmental strategic planning process providing leadership and insight in the provision of patient-focused services for their areas. Prepare and monitor the financial budget for assigned areas.
