Regional Director of Asset Management

This individual is responsible for supporting operations efforts for multiple communities in multiple states(PA and FL). You will direct all property management and maintenance work through Residence & Maintenance Directors at each property. You may also be responsible for providing training, education, and strategic coaching for Maintenance Directors.

Some of the responsibilities of the position may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Provide leadership to Maintenance Directors to include training and support of new MDs

Work with executive leadership to develop and execute initiatives to meet company goals and standards and all state and national regulatory requirements

Review safety and security measures to make sure all communities are operating under best practices

Perform site visits to provide training, guidance, and hands on application as needed on executing Legend programs and policies

Ensure compliance with all local, federal, and company standards and guidelines when applicable

Evaluate and assist with any and all development and repair projects as needed

Review and determine best practices with regard to external partnerships, contracts, and budgets of maintenance projects and resources

Assist with capital expenditure decision making with Regional Directors and home office leadership team

Coordinate maintenance and repair reviews at residences in coordination with MDs

Assist with selection/hiring of candidates for Maintenance Director positions.
