Technician Support Representative

The Big Task

Being the point of contact for all purchase orders that come in from our technicians and seeing each order through to completion. If you're a multi-tasking extraordinaire with an eye for details - we're looking for you

Key Sub Tasks
  • Answer incoming calls from Install and/or Service Technicians who require a Purchase Order for material to complete install or service jobs.
  • Create purchase orders and order products via vendor websites, phone or email.
  • Complete all Purchase Order requests within required timeframe while maintaining a high-level of accuracy.
  • Coordinate and deploy drivers for pickups with various vendors.
  • Transferring physical records into a digital filing system
Preferred Qualities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, personal integrity and the ability to work with a wide-range of individuals
  • Quick and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Service Titan experience helpful.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to perform all tasks in a timely and effective manner
