ASAP, Flexible Job Description: Our client, a major academic medical center in Boston and the nation's largest hospital based research program, is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join a major study group dedicated to the further research and care of cardiovascular disease patients. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for

continuous monitoring and improvement of systems, ensure QA / Regulatory milestones and deliverables are met and assure quality and complianceof the study group . If you have previous research support experience and are eager to join a top research hospital in the country, please apply below Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in healthcare/science field 1+ years in a role requiring strong coordination skills; e.g. organization, communication, analysis Prior role requiring knowledge of QA principles and theories, preferred, but not required. Demonstrated capacity to apply leadership skills, assume responsibility and function under minimal supervision. Must be customer service oriented and able to speak professionally with high level end users Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, etc.) Responsibilities Include: Develops and supports general training/meeting materials, including invitations, agendas and minutes. Compiles reports from select QA/Reg databases. Keeps QA/Reg leadership informed of any concerns. Maintains Internal, External, and Vendor Audit trackers, ensuring findings, responses, and corrective/preventative action plans (CAPAs) are entered and updated, as directed. Supports the management of the Quality Metrics Database (QMD) to ensure site/PI quality issues are reported accurately, follows-up with project teams for supporting documentation and that QA/Regulatory recommendations are provided, as directed by QA/Reg leadership. Assists in the development and maintenance of a detailed schedule of QA/Reg milestones and deliverables; to include internal audits, quality improvement projects, Trial Master File (TMF) reconciliations, etc. Support the preparation and organization of essential document folders, package trackers, and electronic TMF (eTMF) data upload and entry. Coordinates internal and external resources to achieve QA/Reg milestones and deliverables.
