Position Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager with a passion for media buying *especially Google ads - must have experience running large campaigns**, operations, CRM management, data analysis, and project management. The ideal candidate is an experienced growth hacker with a knack for building brands and driving growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Media Buying Mastery: Manage and optimize media buying campaigns on Google, TikTok, Reddit, and other key platforms.
  • Strategic Vision: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily marketing operations, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, focusing on media buying and digital advertising.
  • Expertise: Proven experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other major advertising platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of CRM systems and data analysis techniques.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Results-driven and able to work independently.
  • Innovation: Proven track record as a growth hacker, bringing fresh and creative ideas to the table.
