We have just the job for you This HRIS Senior Analyst role is responsible for the administration, configuration, detailed analysis, support and maintenance of assigned HR / Payroll Technology solution(s) (Workday, CSOD, Kenexa, or other assigned portfolio assets). We partner with some of the world's best companies to provide services that help employees perform their best and support families to thrive both personally and professionally.Essential Functions/ResponsibilitiesExpert level knowledge of assigned HR / Payroll Technology solution(s) (Workday, CSOD, Kenexa, or other assigned portfolio assets) with the ability to lead in the design, configuration, testing and deployment of new modules / functionality, security design and reporting / analytics.Lead in initiatives that require integrations with other systems, both internally and to external vendors. Owns configuration for assigned areas, and provides coaching and support for team members configuration for the team.Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the functional and technical impacts of Workday configuration decisions do stakeholder groups.Design, create and maintain custom reporting and dashboard in the system.Manage assigned HR / Payroll Technology solution (Workday, CSOD, Kenexa, or other assigned portfolio assets) major releases, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities associated with a new release, and communicating appropriately. Manage and execute regression testing and introduction of required changes as new releases are introduced.Responsible for Data Management activities including data audits, data cleanup strategy, creation of cleanup tools (EIBs, etc.) and manual cleanup work.May act as the primary day to day vendor contact vendors in the portfolio with responsibility for monitoring vendor performance and building a productive long term relationship.Assist and provide Level 2/3 Support on HR production issues.Other duties as assigned.Decision MakingReceives general direction and exercises some independent judgementLead in the planning, design and delivery of discrete small projects/enhancements within the HRIS group; i.e. leading resources from other groups within Bright Horizons and/or outside consultants. Consult with the business to gather requirements, design solutions, troubleshoot systems issues, and perform ongoing configuration/development of the systems.Job Requirements -- Education/ExperienceEducation: Required - Bachelor's Degree. In lieu of education, 2 additional years of relevant experience.ExperienceRequired - 5 experience and knowledge in the HRIS field including a background/education in both technology and human resources.Additional Job RequirementsKnowledge / experience with multiple SaaS HR technology platforms and tools.Demonstrated Workday expertise to design and present solutions with options to business and HR stakeholders.Excellent business analysis skills: timeline planning, requirements definition and documentation, test planning, deployment approaches.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to summarize and present findings or challenges to all levels of staff and management.
