The Multicultural AIDS Coalition mission is to mobilize communities of color to end the HIV epidemic. MAC supports broader efforts to eradicate conditions that fuel the epidemic, including substance abuse, sexually transmitted infections, lack of healthcare access, homelessness, incarceration, and discrimination based on race, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation and gender identity.
Your day to day as a Multicultural AIDS Coalition Case Manager

As a new Case Manager at Multicultural AIDS Coalition, Inc., you can expect to provide support and advocacy for clients living with HIV/AIDS. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting assessments, creating care plans, connecting clients to resources, and providing emotional support. The typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

You'll work closely with a diverse population, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to the overall well-being of our clients. If you are dedicated to making a difference in the community and want to help those in need, this role may be the perfect fit for you.
What you need to be successful

To excel as a Case Manager at Multicultural AIDS Coalition, Inc., you should possess fluent Spanish speaking skills, strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and cultural awareness. Effective communication (especially in Spanish), problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are essential for this role. Familiarity with electronic health records and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. Experience in case management or social work is beneficial, but we also welcome candidates with a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn.
