Job Overview The Regional Sales Director for Texas will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales leaders/professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the real estate industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is someone who displays passion for growing a business, holds themselves accountable to all-company sales transaction goals, looks continually to improve the status quo and create efficiencies, focuses on an exceptional client experience, maintains a high commitment to personal and professional growth, and leads with a servant’s heart. This company member will assist the Vice President of Sales with developing systems to make the sales department run smoothly, building a talent bench of future leaders, reducing turnover by increasing per agent productivity, and meeting mutually agreed upon KPI metrics established with the MSRE Senior Leadership Team. To successfully fulfill the role, this person must demonstrate a willingness to do whatever it takes, including but not limited to traveling, and visit all offices as needed to meet closing targets while delivering an excellent client experience across all designated markets. A strong candidate will take ownership of the fostering and development of successful sales leaders and their corresponding sales teams of the region to close more homes. You must be disciplined about your time and task focused to successfully complete your work.

Responsibilities - Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive growth in the Texas market - Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales leaders/professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals - Provide ongoing coaching and support to the Director of Sales for each market center to ensure they are equipped with the tools and resources they need to succeed - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, agents, and industry partners - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Collaborate with other regional directors and senior leadership to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives - Maintain a deep understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, regulations, and best practices - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations

Regular Work Activities Tasks are varied and fluent requiring a great deal of flexibility. While a wide range of activities, results are expected amongst 3 key categories: Client Experience, Culture and Closings.

Client Experience • Assist in resolving escalated client concerns when unresolved at the Sales Director level. • Study NPS surveys and post appointment surveys to identify trends that will aid in the pursuit of lifting customer satisfaction and reducing dissatisfaction making us the #1 most trusted brand in the industry. • Influence vendor capture and initiate plans designed to strengthen relationships between our strategic partners and the sales team to ultimately provide the best service possible for our clients. When successful in this endeavor, the company’s bottom-line is also well fed, aiding in the overarching goal to grow and expand allowing us to serve more families.

Culture • Monitor sales talent results to identify and help recognize personal outstanding accomplishments. This role would be shining a light on results that often get overlooked or missed or are failed to be recognized in a timely manner. • Conduct onboarding training and/or coaching of the agents in the regional offices, as needed, or in the absence of those currently employed to do so. • Hiring the right people to join our elite sales team plays a huge part in the protection of our company culture. The Regional Sales Director would conduct candidate hiring approvals as needed, hold Sales Director team accountable to candidate sourcing goals, stay abreast of the behavior targets needed in candidates to find success at MSRE, etc. partnering with the Talent Acquisitions Department to reach regional growth targets. • Assist with candidate screenings and hiring decisions for internal promotions and/or key external selections for existing and/or new roles, as needed.

Closings • Keep informed of progress made by each Sales Director towards weekly KPI Actions Plan and mid-week check in with each one • Strategize w/DOS to increase conversion when on-track and off-track • Foster the sharing of best practices amongst all offices • Run weekly conversion reports and manage the Lead Routing Tool to make sure leads land in the hands of those that yield the highest return on the company’s marketing investment • Training for the Agents • Conduct 1-hour weekly sales trainings in person or video conference (topics and content to be created and implemented with VPS oversight) • Aid in the creation and recording of podcasts for the Training Department as requested • Shadow 2 agent appointments monthly to identify opportunities out in the field and craft strategic plans to correct with the Sales Director team • Assist in the creation and implementation of contests and campaigns designed to reach targets and expected goals. Efforts would include weekly reminders, progress checks, generating excitement around such topics, etc.

New Office Oversight This role is responsible for the oversight and launch of new market centers assigned to their designated region. The sole focus of this role during the first year of a new market’s existence is getting to profitability as quickly as possible. The profitability target would be 6-12 months from the first closing.

Key Skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient with Customer Relations Management software (SalesForce), Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), and Google Applications • Proactive approach to problem solving • Good organizational abilities and capable of taking initiative • Calm under pressure/think quick on feet • Effective team building and influential approach to business • Result orientation with a high sense of urgency when it comes to goal attainment • Ability to effectively implement new company initiatives

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the real estate industry • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and industry partners • Deep understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, regulations, and best practices • Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Ability to travel within the Texas region as needed • Active Texas real estate license in good standing with the real estate commission, required (Broker license preferred)
