Specific Responsibilities Of This Position: Intake notes are attached Technical will work on-site with End User Services Team aka - PC Support/Repair team. Technical will support End Users in a Remote and Onsite support model. Responsibilities will include: Build/Image Notebooks/Desktops with specific work instruction Hardware Inventory Management receive hardware count stock Prepping equipment for deployment or retirement Formatting Hard drives sorting stock testing of older equipment Deployment of New End User Hardware laptops desktop accessories OS Supported: Windows Linux MacBook iOS Troubleshoot Hardware and Operating System Issues Work from a Ticket Based System OS Supported: Windows Linux MacBook iOS Technical needs to be able to Interacting with End Users in a professional and courteous manner Adapt quickly to change in workload priorities
