RPA Technical Project Lead

As an RPA Technical Project Lead, you will serve as primary point of contact with assigned Intelligent Automation customers and liaise between customers and developers to ensure we deliver quality, excellence, and value. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled UiPath RPA Technical Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leading automation projects using UiPath RPA technologies, as well as experience working with clients and managing project teams.

Responsibilities:
•Serve as the primary point of contact with assigned clients and ensure that we deliver quality and excellence in our UiPath automation projects
•Lead the technical aspects of UiPath automation projects, including design, development, testing, and deployment
•Work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements and design UiPath automation solutions that meet their needs
•Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget
•Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively communicate status to stakeholders
•Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members
•Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies for UiPath RPA development

Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
•5+ years of experience leading automation projects using UiPath RPA technologies
•UiPath Certified RPA Advanced Developer or equivalent certification
•Strong knowledge of UiPath tools and technologies, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots
•Experience working with clients and managing project teams
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work independently and in a team environment
•Experience with Agile development methodologies
