As a member of the Executive Recruiting team, you will create proactive, high-touch approaches that build diverse talent networks and create brand awareness in the external talent community. You will work with the Merrill leadership team to connect with talented individuals whose expertise and experiences will influence and support Merrill’s talent strategy. Responsibilities: Conducts intake sessions with hiring managers to understand business needs and manages requisition workbench within the applicant tracking system. Creates a pipeline of candidates with desired skills by developing and executing a sourcing strategy, cold calling, and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens/interviews to identify, attract, and recruit suitable talent. Coordinates the interview process with hiring managers and business leaders and provides feedback from screening interviews to prepare hiring managers. Facilitates creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace by ensuring that the hiring process leverages a pool of candidates with varied backgrounds and experiences. Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection including applicable federal and state recruitment regulations including The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Drive recruiting efforts for senior internal and external talent for Merrill Wealth Management. Create an informed, consultative talent strategy based on targeted research, industry/market, and candidate data. Identify, attract, engage, and secure top talent. Demonstrated expertise in development of sourcing strategies and cold calling. Strong client management experience with solid credibility, presence, and the ability to influence executives and provide consultative services. Experience providing fact-based and candid assessments of talent and making clear recommendations. Use of innovative techniques to meet the staffing needs of the business while taking a broad perspective on strategic sourcing to meet workforce needs. Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, strong prioritization/time management skills, self-directed/result-oriented.
