Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required; experience with Encompass, Cleartouch, OnBase, various government and investor software/web portals, and CRM software is preferred. Education and Experience: Education: High School Diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred. Certification: NMLS is required. Years of experience: 3 to 5 years as a Loan Officer [Originator] is required. Physical Environment: Employee is required to perform various physical activities and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds; work environment noise level is usually quiet to moderate. This position is performed outside an office setting with unstructured hours to be determined by the Loan Officer and the VP Lending Operations Officer.
