Deployed Services serves as a dedicated strategic partner to government and other clients.We hire individuals committed to excellence and who share our passion for making a positive impact in a collaborative and inclusive work environment.The role of the Clinician is to provide behavioral health services, as well as monitor and document clients' mental well-being and overall adjustment to the program. The Clinician's functions are performed as part of a multi-disciplinary team and include development and implementation of client service plans, crisis intervention, and reunification planning.Essential Functions:Conduct intakes upon admission, clinical assessments, and crisis interventionsCollaborate with multi-disciplinary team members and clients to develop service plansProvide one-to-one counseling sessions weeklyConduct group counseling sessions weeklyContinually monitor the mental well-being of clients and arrange for appropriate services as neededProvide consultation and documentation regarding clients' functioning, mental health status, and treatment needsProvide clinical services within licensing and funding source guidelinesConduct clinical assessmentsConduct and document client assessments in accordance with ORR policies and proceduresReport significant incidents within accordance with ORR policies and proceduresWorks closely with case manager and care coordinators to ensure proper communicationAttend all required trainingAttend all departmental and program meetings to ensure that up-to-date information is received and/or information about policy changes or practice is adhered toMust assist in the evacuation of clients as neededMaintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work areaAlways ensure supervision of clientsOther duties as assignedKnowledge and Skills:Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office productsAbility to utilize evidence-based practiceEncompass cases holistically to create individualized service plans and related techniques and interventionsAbility to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assignedRequired to work a flexible schedule to facilitate program needsAbility to work flexible hours.
