Junior Accountant - Non-Profit Agency

Were seeking a motivated Junior Accountant experienced with Sage 50 to join our finance team. Reporting to the Finance Director, youll assist with various accounting tasks in a fast-paced non-profit environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP/AR, payroll, general ledger)
  • Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and audits
  • Maintain and optimize Sage 50 records and processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • 2+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience with computerized systems
  • Proficiency in Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel (spreadsheet-intensive role)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
