Cerity Partners is seeking a team player with a positive attitude and the highest level of personal integrity to join our tax team as a Tax Intern from May 2025 - July 2025. This is a paid internship program (25-30 hours per week) and is designed to provide college students an opportunity to enhance their formal education with a hands-on, career-related experience. This role is also ideal for someone looking for a part-time seasonal position in the financial industry at a nationally recognized registered investment advisory.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of federal, state, and local individual and business income tax returns
  • Create workpapers that effectively tell the story of how projects were prepared
  • Research and analyze a wide range of tax issues
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university with a minimum 3.2 GPA
  • Majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related business degree
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Actively participating in campus organizations, preferably within a leadership role, and/or professional work experience
