Position Summary We are currently seeking a Project Manager to play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing various departments to ensure the successful completion of assigned programs within specified budgets and timelines. With 3-5 years of experience, including prior exposure to heavy machinery, cranes, or heavy industrial machinery, you will leverage your expertise in project management, account management, field engineering, or field maintenance to proactively minimize delays and communicate effectively with customers, clients, and internal stakeholders. Your ability to forecast potential schedule delays and develop contingency plans will be crucial in driving project success within our dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities Tasks Pre-Award Develop bidders list, and be aware of local market capabilities Develop overall bidding strategy for project Manage distribution of bidding documents and tracking of bidders, including solicitation of bidders and management of data Organize and conduct pre-bid meetings with customers and subcontractors Manage bidder questions and clarifications Develop front end documents for bidding based on project needs and requirements of owner’s contract Receive/evaluate bids and conduct post-bid reviews Develop a team to execute project Schedule and conduct an internal Lee Kick-Off meeting with all necessary divisions Write PO Requests for subcontractors and long lead items

Tasks Post Award Develop project schedule including milestone dates, long lead items, subcontractors needs Work with SUPT understand complete SOW, site logistics and overall project plan Develop Schedule of values and forecast billing structure Coordinate SUPT, Project Engineer (PE) and subcontractors to start the submittal process Coordinate with PE jobsite set up for office trailers, badging, site access Coordinate with Safety to submit all safety documentation

Onsite Project Activities Work closely with customer and safety team to ensure project executed with the highest safety standards and safety culture #1 priority Work closely with SUPT to ensure project is running safe and meeting schedule requirements Manage overall project and ensure the proper people are in the proper positions in order for the project to be a success for the owner and LEE Coordinate weekly progress meetings with owner and subcontractors to discuss schedule and open issues Ensure RFI’s and submittals are properly being executed though out the entire project Manage the quoting process for Field Orders or additional RFQ’s related to the project Working closely with admins and PE to ensure proper documentation control is being followed

Project Cost Management Create and manage billing structure Assist in Field Order Tracking for all costs outside of base scope Monitor project forecasting and schedule of completion Monitor monthly costs and overall job profitability Work with project team to ensure closeout documentation is properly submitted Work closely with LMM purchasing to ensure all project needs are met

Required Qualifications Willingness to travel 50 - 70% Demonstrates strong leadership skills. Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with construction procedures and material and project management principles.

Preferred Qualifications 3-5 years' experience Prior experience within heavy machinery, heavy cranes, heavy industrial machinery. Experience in project management, account management, filed engineering, field maintenance or, similar experience within heavy machinery, cranes, heavy industrial machinery, infrastructure, or construction. Experience estimating

commercial/industrial

projects.
