Position Summary

Lee Machinery Movers is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's success in the heavy machinery rigging and moving industry.

Key Responsibilities

    • Bring in new business from existing clients or contacts in the Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Energy, Medical, Food & Beverage, or Off-Highway industries. Develop new relationships with potential clients.
    • Identify target markets, develop strategies for reaching new clients, and create compelling proposals and sales materials to showcase the company's offerings.
    • Schedule meetings with potential clients, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new business. Ensure that contracts are negotiated effectively to maximize profitability while meeting the needs of the client.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue within existing client accounts while maintaining customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the estimating team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback
    • Analyze sales data and customer insights to provide recommendations for improving sales strategies
    • Generate regular reports to track sales progress and communicate findings to the sales team.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, a related field or, equivalent industry experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Interest in the heavy machinery rigging and moving industry is a plus.
