Payroll Specialist with Real Estate Company

Property management company providing services for residential properties from ultra-luxury to affordable housing with an average client relationship of more than 12 years

Family-run business that provides full-service property management, accounting and financial services, consulting, marketing, leasing, affordable housing compliance, in-unit repairs, renovations, capital improvement projects and facilities management and maintenance

Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist:

Processing multi-state payroll for 500+ employees

Processing paperwork for pay changes, new hires, and terminations

Answering employee questions regarding payroll

Maintaining accurate records of payroll processes

Facilitating payroll audits as requested

Annual performance evaluation assistance

Recommending any necessary updates or changes to payroll procedures and software

Background Expected of the Payroll Specialist:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or Business Administration or experience equivalent

2+ years in a payroll role

ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus but not required
