JOB PURPOSE:

This role requires a deep understanding of D365 F&O modules and functionalities, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions through configuration and customization. Act as a trusted advisor to our business teams, understanding technology and its ability to help us drive the business and innovate. Learn, understand, and influence the use of leading-edge technology platforms, pragmatically, to drive business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Work with stakeholders to help define business requirements and document them into functional specifications.

§ Design, develop, and implement D365 F&O configurations, including but not limited to entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and reports.

§ Develop business cases, document business processes in partnership with stakeholders.

§ Perform data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, and import/export processes.

§ Conduct thorough testing of D365 configurations to ensure quality and functionality meet business needs.

§ Stay current with D365 updates, patches, and new features, evaluating their potential impact.

§ Communicate complex business processes, technology or rule constraints and opportunities to technical and non-technical decision-makers.

§ Lead complex business requirement workshops as a technology expert, clearly communicate dependencies and risks across project teams.

§ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize D365 configuration and enhance system performance.

§ Participate and at times lead the estimating, scheduling, and monitoring user stories and backlogs.

§ Participate in change control and service delivery processes by providing appropriate documentation and subject matter expertise.

§ Support QA process and lead client UAT during each sprint or milestone of development.

§ Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.

§ Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

:

§ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, and/or related work experience may be substituted for degree.

§ 5+ years proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O configuration and/or customization. 8+ years overall IT experience, including working with third party vendors and internal stakeholder groups.

§ Proficiency in configuring D365 entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, security and reports using customization tools.

§ Experience with D365 data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, and import/export processes.

§ Utilize SQL querying, scripting, and administration skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.

§ Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Visio).

§ Excellent analytical, process, collaboration, and business analysis skills; demonstrated skill in data flow diagrams, business process diagrams, use cases, requirements backlog and traceability.

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

:

§ Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) with specific ability to translate detailed technical details to a non-technical audience as well as development teams.

§ Proven ability to interface with all levels (executive to entry level).

§ Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Configuration or related areas.

§ BABOK, PMBOK or other certification familiarity (Certificate itself not required), Agile and Hybrid methodologies, some exposure to security concepts/ considerations and DevOps.

§ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
