EPM Consultant

Job Description

As a Senior Oracle EPM Consultant for Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS) and Account Reconciliation (ARCS), you will support organizations with their financial consolidation and account reconciliation processes to ensure accurate and efficient reporting. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing solutions tailored to meet client requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to work closely with clients to achieve their goals.

Required Experience:

• 5-10 years Oracle EPM, focus on FCC
• 3-5 full cycle EPM implementations
• Oracle EPM - primarily FCC, ARCS, and Narrative Reporting

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their consolidation needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design and configure FCC solutions with consideration for client-specific consolidation rules, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting requirements.
• Develop data integration processes to consolidate financial data from multiple sources.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of consolidated financial data.
• Provide guidance on best practices for financial consolidation, close management, intercompany reconciliations, and consolidation reporting.
• Perform data validations, reconciliations, and analysis to ensure the accuracy and completeness of consolidated financial statements.
• Support the financial close process, including period-end close activities, consolidation runs, and reporting cycles.
• Identify and resolve issues or discrepancies related to consolidation, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and understanding their individual business objectives.
• Conduct regular meetings and workshops to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and deliver training sessions.
• Offer expert guidance on process challenges, recommending improvements and system optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations
• Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Oracle EPM Cloud.
