Detailed Job Description: Introduction The CloudERP practice specializes on Oracle technology and supports our client's full-life cycle needs for both on-prem and cloud products. 80% of our new bookings are for either Cloud implementation or cloud migration activities, so we are looking for someone who has expertise helping customers with the journey from on-prem to cloud and with leading these complex implementation and migration projects. The practice itself is 100+ FTEs strong located in the US, Colombia, and India. The practice is supported by two peer practices where our EBS (on-prem) and EPM (on-prem and cloud) technologies are supported. The three practices work together as a unified team in selling and delivering service to our clients. The practice is core to Datavail's go-to-market strategy and is expected to be one of the fastest growing practice this year. Therefore, the company is making additional investment in the practice and its capabilities to be able to seize the opportunity in the fast evolving cloud market. The Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Lead is responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications. This role involves working closely with supply chain and IT teams to ensure the effective operation of SCM modules and to drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes through effective use of technology. The role also includes leading and managing customer expectations, presenting solutions to stakeholders, and fostering team accountability
Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Product Lifecycle Management, Manufacturing, and Logistics
- Configure SCM modules to meet business requirements and ensure alignment with industry best practices
- Manage SCM system implementation projects (Track Level), including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
- Develop project plans relevant to supply chain deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SCM modules
- Ensure data integrity and security within the SCM system
- Collaborate with supply chain, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective
- Provide ongoing support and training to supply chain users, ensuring they are proficient in using the SCM system
- Work with Oracle Support and other external vendors as needed
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the supply chain function
- Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for SCM system usage
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support supply chain decision-making
- Analyze supply chain data to provide insights and recommendations for supply chain strategies and initiatives
- Lead and manage customer expectations, ensuring that solutions meet their needs and are delivered on time
- Present solutions to customers and Datavail stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and benefits of the proposed solutions
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability and responsibility within the team
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation and support
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules and integration with other Oracle Cloud applications
- Proven project management experience, preferably with PMP or similar certification. •Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with supply chain reporting tools and data analytics is a plus
- Experience in change management and user training
- Familiarity with other supply chain technologies and systems
- Proven ability to lead and manage customer expectations and present solutions effectively
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to nurture and develop talent.
