Summary:

Kevins Natural Foods is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales staff by coordinating the shipping of samples to our valued customers.Additional responsibilities include supporting the sales and marketing teams, ensuring order satisfaction, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction. The goal is to facilitate the teams activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organize, maintain, pack and ship sales samples neatly and accurately for current and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the production plant, product development, and sales teams to ensure accurate and on time shipments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for trade show participation and maximize brand exposure.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support the sales and marketing departments.
  • Other duties as assigned or necessary.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
