Summary:

Managing contract bid packages, contracts and ensuring proper contract documentation.

Key duties: Work closely with all internal departments involved in contract process Assemble and float contract bid packages Manage status of multiple bids with multiple bidders Assist Contract Department in technical and commercial bid evaluation Analyzes all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures Assist Contract Department in ensuring that contracts are executed in accordance with contract terms and conditions, all laws and regulations, corporate guidelines Maintain database for the company’s contract management system Prepare reports on the status of contracts for management. Assist Contract Department in conducting periodic evaluation of contractors / vendors performance

Minimum Qualifications: Computer proficiency and ability to use computer tools like Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrate ability to handle high volume of work with attention to detail Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills Creativity, problem-solving skills.
