Patient Access Specialist Patient Access Specialist Salary: $18-21/hour (based on experience) Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, will be required to work rotating Saturdays: 8am-12pm (not every week) Location: Washington, DC and Seat Pleasant, MD Requirements: Covid vaccination and booster required Flu vaccination required (if they choose not to receive it, they will be required to wear a mask at work) Medical Assistant certification a plus At least 2-4 years of medical administrative/front desk experience Experience working in an outpatient medical office Experience working in pediatrics a plus Strong working knowledge of medical terminology EMR experience Experience with ECW a plus Strong technical computer skills (MS Word/Excel/Power Point) A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
