Your New Role

Reporting to General Manager of Marketing we are looking for an influential marketer to join a growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll be the marketing expert collaborating with clients, internal stakeholders and working on activity across loyalty, acquisition and retention clients.

The main roles and responsibilities for this position will include the following: Lead and manage a significant portfolio of marketing projects and campaigns that drive acquisition and retention strategies for clients, ensuring all projects are delivered with high attention to detail, on time and successfully. Work collaboratively with the Client Success team to provide strategic and tactical marketing advice to clients. Coordinate and manage the EDM process for loyalty clients, including the development of a content strategy, the building and scheduling of content, optimisation, segmentation, and reporting. Utilise project management tools to monitor, track, and report on marketing activity, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged. Take briefs and coordinate requests from clients as well as internal stakeholders, managing schedules, campaign calendars and collateral. Create and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming their go-to marketing expert and partner.

You’ll Need

We would love to talk with candidates who have around 3 – 4 years experience/ knowledge of loyalty, CRM or payments coupled with an excellent understanding of marketing acquisition and retention strategies with a B2B and B2B2C focus. You will also be able to demonstrate experience by having: Demonstrated ability to set priorities, plan and organise tasks to achieve objectives while working autonomously on multiple projects; Strong written and interpersonal communication skills with impeccable attention to detail; Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies Highly organised with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels; Excellent understanding of content creation with a high degree of skill using Canva. Deadline focused with outstanding organisational and problem solving skills. Excellent understanding of content creation and copywriting skills together with experience building EDM campaigns through Connect, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor or other marketing automation platforms.
