Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Communicates effectively both orally and in writing when requesting information, delivering information and giving instruction to/from Department heads and other personnel in order to complete tasks assigned.
  • Preparing journal entries and analyzing financials for GAAP accuracy and will work with departments throughout the hospital ensuring accuracy.
  • Requires report development skills utilizing Microsoft Office, Oracle and Epic for reports used throughout the hospital.
  • Reviews operating practices and procedures to maximize organizational efficiency and departmental improvement. Completes other duties and special projects assigned by Director.
  • Special projects completed within the time frame specified with no material errors and minimal other errors.


Qualifications

Education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting Required

Experience: Knowledge of software applications and administrative and clerical procedures. Prefer one or more year's previous experience in similar position.
