Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.Job Description:ECS requires a Senior Consultant to support VA Logistics Redesign (VALOR) Program in support of Supply Chain modernization efforts within the PMO. VALOR is undergoing changes both from an organizational and programmatic standpoint. This role supports VALOR as the program schedule, cost, and resources become more solidified and would support the prime contractor Program Manager and directly to the VA client in leading deliverable development. This role will include engagement with leaders from various VALOR workstreams and some stakeholders from across the organization and will be presenting, developing, presenting and analyzing information that will ultimately enable VALOR success. This is a customer facing role that requires some on-site presence (at least 2 days per week). Required Skills: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree Minimum Years of Experience: 10The Senior Consultant should have direct leadership experience with program management and implementation, health system operations, and client management. The Senior Consultant should be fluent in the MS Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and VisioAs a team member, the Senior Consultant should understand personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment and proactively seeking and providing guidance, clarification and, feedback.Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including presenting to senior executives, developing lasting relationships, delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflictsDesired Skills: Master's degree in business related fieldFederal consulting experienceVA or equivalent healthcare experienceECS is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
