Marketing Associate The Company SpectraWAVE is a commercial stage fast-paced medical device start-up, with a mission to provide unrivaled optical and computational insights to improve treatment and outcomes for patients with coronary artery disease the number one cause of mortality in the world. SpectraWAVEs flagship HyperVue Imaging System combines next generation intravascular imaging and advanced machine learning algorithms to support and optimize coronary stenting procedures in the catheterization lab, and serves as a central hub for future enhancements that will continue to empower interventionalists in their treatment decision making and optimization. The company has received FDA clearance for the HyperVue Imaging System and is commercializing its products in the U.S. market. The team is a small and passionate group of talented innovators and healthcare professionals who strive every day to make a direct impact on patients lives Job Summary This is a dynamic and fast-paced role in the downstream Marketing team. As we continue to launch new products and ramp commercial activities, this individual will leverage brand and messaging guidelines to create high value content for current and future customers, leverage data-driven insights and decisions, and ensure communications channels are effectively managed including in-person conferences and social media. This role will include creation of sales and educational collateral, managing conference attendance and logistics, monitoring and analyzing voice of customer data, creating and implementing social media calendar and posts, and measuring success of marketing activities through data analysis. Key Responsibilities ? Design graphic content and copy for Marketing promotional and educational content, and manage through cross-functional review compliance with existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). ? Organize and manage conference participation at local, national and international level. Manage sponsorship packages, external vendors, internal and external logistics, and events around conferences. ? Own brand guide, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing and communication materials. ? Support initiatives to strategically develop and deploy Marketing content across multiple channels, with specific focus on measurable digital channels. ? Maintain key Marketing databases including customer feedback and competitive repositories, monitor for trends, and generate reporting tools to support strategic decision making. ? Create and manage social media calendar, develop content, receive appropriate approvals for content, and monitor channel success. ? Support marketing communications programs including newsletters and messaging campaigns to customers. ? Manage marketing inventory and distribution of materials to events and team members. Requirements Minimum Qualifications Associate or Bachelors Degree and 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, advertising, or related field Passionate about medical care, and products that can help patients Computer skills competency including Excel, Word and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interest and enthusiasm for marketing Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics. Communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills Ability to track and manage multiple projects and deadlines Result oriented, capable to work independently Desired Qualifications Comfort in graphic design and generating copy Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar software
