JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
  • BS or BA degree or equivalent experience as a Software Tester.
Work Experience
  • 2+ years of experience designing and executing test cases and maintaining them in test case management tools like Jira-Zephyr, ALM etc.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

%26middot; Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal team members as well as business stakeholders.
%26middot; Must be able to speak the language of the business.
%26middot; Must have a positive can-do attitude.
%26middot; Strong problem solving characteristics with the ability to think out of the box. Must be able to work with others in a collaborative fashion.
%26middot; Must be able to analyze user needs and make recommendation on functionality and testing strategies.
%26middot; Ability to translate business and technical requirements into functional test plans.
%26middot; Ability to work independently as a self-starter, and within a team environment.
%26middot; Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
%26middot; Demonstrated ability to deliver results leveraging SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
%26middot; API Automation Framework or equivalent
%26middot; BDD - Behavior Driven Development
%26middot; TDD - Test Driven Development
%26middot; Hands on experience in Browser based testing.
%26middot; Hand on experience with testing tools such as TestNG, Selenium, WebDriver, Jenkins
%26middot; Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines and build verification tests.
%26middot; Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
%26middot; Should have knowledge in test management tools like Jira & Zephyr
%26middot; Good to have performance testing experience any tool ( Webload, Loadrunner)
