For further insight into the nature of the company go to www.club.capital.Overview of Position:We are looking for a Accounting Manager to lead our Client Accounting Services division. As the lead of this division, you will build world class processes that streamline both the internal accounting and operations for our client portfolio. You should also have strong analytical skills to review industry financial benchmarking data to present trends and variances to on client webinars.Duties / Responsibilities:Serve as Subject Matter Expert to Account Managers to assist in monthly and EOY financial statement creationLead the Account Management TeamManage a smaller portfolio of High Priority clients providing monthly financial statements and variance analysis presentationsManage the bookkeeping team assigned to your client portfolioProvide guidance to our onboarding, account management, and bookkeeping teams to represent industry best practices based upon accounting principlesDesign and implement world class processes for client accounting and advisory servicesInvestigate complex accounting issues to develop methodology upon accounting principlesManage customer deadlines and expectations in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentDelight customers with expert guidance and supportDesign and implement world class processes for client accounting and advisory servicesMaintain Accounting division budget and uncover growth opportunities, cost efficiencies, or ways to further scale the departmentRequirements / Qualifications:B.S. or M.S. in Accounting or equivalent3+ years of public accounting experience preferred but not required3+ years of private industry experience preferred but not requiredCPA preferred but not requiredExcellent written communication skillsExcellent attention to detailWell organized and strong attention to detailExceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationshipsStrong leadership and personnel management skillsClub Capital LLC is an equal opportunity employer.This is a remote position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
