We are currently searching for a dynamic individual to become the Custodian for our Circle Program located in Pueblo West, CO. This position is part-time with scheduling flexibility.All positions require pre-employment drug screening and background checks.SUMMARY: Assists the maintenance supervisor by performing assigned maintenance duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Sweeps, mops, dusts, and vacuums residential units and administration offices, hallways, stairs, offices and restrooms on a regular basis. This includes conference rooms and break rooms.Cleans snow and debris from sidewalks; mows lawns, trims hedges, remove weeds, rakes and disposes of leaves, etcPerforms minor and routine painting and other needed maintenance. Provides assistance in remodeling all facilities. Notifies supervisor of needed repairs/replacements to lighting, heating and ventilating equipment. Coordinates with supervisor supply ordering and restockingSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/AQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:Education: High School diploma or GED required.Experience: Prefer one-year experience providing custodial and/or maintenance services. Other: Valid driver's license and insurability. Basic computer skills required.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift and operate various types of custodial and maintenance equipment. Must be able to reach, bend stoop, push shovels, stand on ladders, etc. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.WORK ENVIRONMENT:Work is performed indoors and outside approximately 25% of duties are spent outdoors.
