Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

About This Job
Within the Loan Servicing Department, perform a variety of loan servicing functions in connection with retail consumer loans.
Responsibilities:
- Complete post-closing loan audits and training document retrievals.
- Complete payment processing, payment reversals and research and end of day balancing of financial transactions.
- Complete escrow account and insurance inquiries.
- Complete insurance tracking/monitoring for flood hazard, adhering to regulatory flood guidelines and reviewing flood policies for proper coverage.
- High school diploma
- 1+ year of experience in consumer loan operations
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
- Paid Sick Leave, 3 weeks' Vacation, and Holidays (about 11 a year)
- HSA or FSA account and other voluntary benefits
- 401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with Employer Match Program and 529 Savings Plan
