Lean Principles: Apply lean manufacturing principles throughout all processes and product changes to eliminate waste, reduce lead times, and optimize resource utilization. Standardized Work: Create, maintain, and conduct audits on standardized work documents, such as Job Breakdown Sheets (JBS) and Critical Knowledge, to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices. Knowledge Sharing: Embrace the concept of Yokoten by actively sharing and teaching lessons learned with the production floor, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Experience leading small cross-functional teams in process improvement projects. Strong data analysis and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to mentor and train junior engineers. Level III 5 or more years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related leadership role. Expertise in CAD software, statistical analysis tools, and advanced data analytics. Comprehensive knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
