Position Purpose The Intake Specialist is part of the Business Development team. The Intake Specialist drives revenue by delivering the highest quality service to our clients. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities Learn the case type services offered at the firm through our attorney-led comprehensive training programConduct one-hour interviews with potential clients to determine if they meet the case type requirements set by our legal teamLead Interviews with approved sales scripts and empathy to build rapport with potential clientsConfidently help clients with side-by-side assistance from the Intake Managers to improve client experienceEducate clients on the benefits of partnering with our firm and the payment options available to themConvert potential leads into admitted clients based on benefits and values of each case typeSchedule and regularly follow up with all leadsStay up to date on weekly legal training with firm attorneysEssential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities World class customer service skillsPositive attitudeProven ability to meet deadlinesImpeccable organizational skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriateExperience in sales or metrics-based environment a plusMinimum Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be bilingual in Spanish and EnglishPay $25 / hour plus bonus
