The companys leadership team embraces a fast-paced, entrepreneurial mindset to seize this unique opportunity in history and position Sunrun as an aspirational, beloved technology consumer brand for a faster, cleaner, safer, easier, more efficient home of the future.Job ResponsibilitiesIntegrate, connect, and utilize Salesforce suite including but not limited to CRM, Marketing Cloud, DatoramaBuild, test, and deploy marketing campaigns and include personalized and dynamic content via email and SMSDemonstrate a strong command of technical details to translate proposed solutions into functional specificationsTroubleshoot and support implemented Salesforce applicationsLeverage Journey Builder to deliver multi-touch communicationsCreate SQL queries in Automation Studio to segment audiencesMaintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platforms, including troubleshooting, naming conventions, list management, etc.Provide troubleshooting / first line of support for stakeholders working on deliverables and encountering errors or technical issues with SFMC platformEnsure flawless execution of marketing campaigns in SFMCLeverage marketing automation tools to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that maximize customer retentionRequirements3-5 years of direct experience working with Salesforce platformsExperience with SQL scripting for automated and triggered deployments, direct code requirements for partners, and managing QA/UAT testingStrong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities concurrentlyStrong experience in campaign execution and development experience using AMPScriptSFMC certifications including Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, or Salesforce Admin (must have if no degree)Passionate about engaging customersAbility to adapt to change and operate in a dynamic environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRecruiter:Kristina Sedjo (kristina.sedjo@sunrun.com) Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to acts, such as The Equal Pay Transparency Act.
