Shift Timings: 8 hours shift
Start Time (AM/PM): 4:55am or through 8:30am
End Time (AM/PM): 1:55pm or through 5:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information to customers.
- Utilize a database to retrieve customer or company information.
Qualifications:
- Ability to learn and follow detailed instructions.
- Proficiency in using a variety of resources.
- Strong organizational skills for providing accurate information.
- Demonstrate patience, tact, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain consistently good voice quality.
- Capable of organizing and managing calls with speed and accuracy.
- Experience working with complex computer applications and resource materials.
- Proficient in multiple operating environments (Windows, DOS, Mainframe).
Experience:
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service is required.
- Retail customer service experience is acceptable.
- Candidates should have some experience dealing with the public.
Requirements:
- Typing Speed: 35+ WPM
- 10-Key Speed: 5,000 KPH
Testing:
- Candidates must complete the following tests:
- MS Outlook (PowerPoint is not needed)
- 10-Key Data Entry
- Typing Test
Skills:
- Clear verbal communication
- Ability to multitask (handling phone calls, data entry, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Punctuality and reliability (minimize absenteeism)
