Start Time (AM/PM): 4:55am or through 8:30am
End Time (AM/PM): 1:55pm or through 5:30pm


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information to customers.
  • Utilize a database to retrieve customer or company information.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn and follow detailed instructions.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of resources.
  • Strong organizational skills for providing accurate information.
  • Demonstrate patience, tact, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain consistently good voice quality.
  • Capable of organizing and managing calls with speed and accuracy.
  • Experience working with complex computer applications and resource materials.
  • Proficient in multiple operating environments (Windows, DOS, Mainframe).

Experience:

  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service is required.
  • Retail customer service experience is acceptable.
  • Candidates should have some experience dealing with the public.

Requirements:

  • Typing Speed: 35+ WPM
  • 10-Key Speed: 5,000 KPH

Testing:

  • Candidates must complete the following tests:
    • MS Outlook (PowerPoint is not needed)
    • 10-Key Data Entry
    • Typing Test

Skills:

  • Clear verbal communication
  • Ability to multitask (handling phone calls, data entry, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Punctuality and reliability (minimize absenteeism)
