Job DescriptionThe Patient Relations Representative (PRR) is the first point of contact to patients or visitors in person or by phone. This position plays a key role in maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Basic experience with electronic medical records and/or computerized billing systems. Medical terminology experience.
