Excellent Opportunity for an engineer ready to leverage their knowledge for project management. Summit Business Technologies is seeking an individual with effective project management, communications and leadership skills to manage the delivery of information technology related projects. Job Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of IT projects. Direct and lead the work of project technical staff and manage resources and timetables. Develop and update project plan with objectives, schedules, budget, technologies, systems, and specifications. Develop and fulfill project communication plan. Communicate project expectations to team members and customers. Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables. Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Ensure fulfillment of project deliverables. Ensure quality standards. Assign duties, responsibilities and direct activities of project personnel. Schedule and facilitate meetings related to information technology projects. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback. Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications: Technical Management, Project Planning, Excellent Written and Verbal Communications, Problem Solving, Coordination, Strategic Planning, Quality Management, Time Management, Understanding IT-related technologies: Servers and Workstations, Internet Connections, E-mail and Online services, Firewalls, Wired and Wireless Networks, Upgrade management. ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise Automate Requirements: Minimum of 3 years hands-on in project management Previous experience in information technology or other related fields Strong project management skills Strong analysis and critical thinking skills Deadline and detail-oriented Strong leadership qualities Education & Certifications
