The Supervisor acts in a clinical leadership role, supervises the provision of Respiratory Care by the staff and is responsible for scheduling, assessing education and competency of staff and evaluating job performance. The Respiratory Therapy Supervisor plans, assigns, and coordinates delivery of Respiratory Care while demonstrating professional development/clinical competencies and applies knowledge of growth and development for patients aged neonate/infant through geriatric. QualificationsRequired:One year in respiratory careAssociate DegreeRespiratory Therapist (State) AND One of: ACCS or NPS Within 12 months of hire.Desired:One year in respiratory in a critical care settingAdult Critical Care Specialty OR Neonatal Pediatric Specialist
