- Flexible work schedule on Nights to support work-life balance Choose between 4-day work weeks (10-hour shifts) or 5-day work weeks (8-hour shifts) on a Monday - Friday Schedule.

Manager of Respiratory Therapy Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 24/7 respiratory therapy operations.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development.
- Implement procedures, budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership on resident and facility needs.
- Lead pulmonary rounds and foster a positive work environment.
- Drive quality improvement and innovation in care.
- Educate and counsel residents and families.
- Uphold professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications We're Looking For:
- Active, unencumbered Respiratory Therapist license in Kentucky.
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- A minimum of Two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related facility preferred.
- A minimum of Five years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a healthcare setting preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn other software as needed.
