We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Regulatory Oversight to join our Asset Servicing team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Provides comprehensive oversight of the Asset Servicing Know Your Customer program globally to ensure compliance with the company's AML/KYC requirements as well as applicable laws and regulations. Oversees all aspects of the KYC targeted operating model including implementation and maintenance of appropriate procedures, resources, processes, systems, metrics and training if/as needed. Manages team of KYC/AML subject matter experts who help guide the business and interpret, analyze and socialize impacts of changing AML/KYC requirements and/or expectations with the appropriate business teams. Monitor effectiveness the KYC COE/Onboarding teams providing KYC support services to ensure they meet service level expectations both internally and externally.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 10 plus years of total work experience preferred
