* Maintaining the highest standard regarding cleaning and upkeep of assigned properties

* Supporting operations staff as needed to provide exquisite service to homeowners and guests

* Cleaning properties as assigned

* Obeys all applicable Federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)

**You are a person that (required skills):**

* Has a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

* Has working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

* Is able to work up to 40 hours per week, including holidays and weekends

* Is able to work as a team

**Physically you can anticipate to:**

* Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally

* Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time

* Subject to internal and external environmental conditions
