Responsibilities Project Management: Oversee end-to-end marketing research projects, ensuring timely deliverables and high-quality outputs. Research Design: Develop research frameworks and methodologies tailored to meet specific business objectives and market challenges. Data Collection: Utilize various data collection methods such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and secondary data analysis. Data Analysis: Perform analysis and interpret data to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights. Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to clarify research needs and integrate findings into business strategies. DIY Research Methods: Competent in DIY (do-it-yourself) research methods to ensure flexibility and cost-effectiveness in research approaches. Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide relevant insights. Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve research processes, tools, and methodologies. Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support the overall objectives of the marketing research department.
