Overview: The Senior Pricing Director will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability for our organization. This is a hands-on role where you will be working to analyze market trends and the competitive landscape, developing pricing strategies and recommendations focused on maximizing Sonnys position in the marketplace, and directly executing on all tactical and operational pricing management activities. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing pricing structures across our product and service offerings while ensuring our pricing remains competitive and attractive to customers.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Lead pricing and related sales analyses to understand and communicate on a variety of topics including market dynamics, historical trend, customer behavior, volume and profitability impacts, and competitive positioning across Sonnys portfolio of products and customers. Track customer behavior and engagement to maximize the effectiveness of pricing strategies

utilizing data-driven insights to recommend pricing adjustments and promotions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, operations, and product development to align pricing strategies with overall business goals. Support the NPD process by providing analyses and pricing proposals for new products and services. Conduct pricing research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market. Develop pricing models and tools to support decision-making and ensure pricing consistency. Monitor pricing performance and KPIs, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization. Manage the implementation of all pricing and discount changes in Sonnys ERP or other systems of record. This ranges from individual product updates to mass updates of the entire portfolio. Support system projects that intersect with pricing management and analyses - new ERP pricing tools, systems, changes, and enhancements. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments affecting pricing strategies. Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic guidance on pricing-related decisions. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred. 7-10 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or related fields, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing pricing strategies. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in pricing analytics and financial modeling. SQL Server Skills including SQL objects development, performance tuning, data analysis, and integration Knowledge in Technology such as Data Warehousing, Access, Python, Power BI, Excel Pivot Tables, VBA Applications, and analytic toolsets Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of Products Deep understanding of pricing methodologies, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. Experience with SAP highly preferred.
