Position Overview

This position administers and maintains the Planogram System, updating CAD drawings as needed. Coordinates with merchandising staff to initiate product layout changes and introduce new products; obtains input and approval from merchandising and store operations staff prior to considering a layout final; and documents and distributes final approved merchandising plans. Responsible for maintaining inventory of store fixtures and displays; ordering replacement items as necessary. Responsible for overseeing the merchandising layout for new stores.

Essential Job Functions

  • Coordinate the layout of merchandise for display in the stores.
  • Coordinate with merchandising to determine when new merchandising schematics will be required.
  • Develop, update and maintain the data stored in the Planogram System to ensure that historical and current drawings are accessible.
  • Oversee the Planogram area and the Planogram process by pre-ordering products, receiving products, and implementing the initial layout for approval.
  • Maintain fixture supplies in support of all stores.
  • De-construct completed and approved Planograms and distribute merchandise to stores as directed.
  • Ensure that "on-hand" merchandise counts are updated to reflect which stores received the merchandise from deconstructed Planogram.

Experience

  • Previous experience with Bi-Mart, in Merchandise Planning.
  • Experience with Autocad or CAD drawing software.
